posts on 9/19/2006 3:25:48 PM Thanks for the info, I'd wondered if the locations were "real". Cool.
posts on 9/19/2006 3:10:19 PM Annette, we took our kids to Kings Island and I have a friend from Newport. She actually put me on to the idea that there may a "real" house at that address. So I convinced my husband to do a drive by. I felt sort of like a "crazy person" for even checking the address but, yes I did have fun... I'm having trouble finding any reviews on Darkfever. Has anyone read anything positive or negative about the book?
posts on 9/19/2006 2:02:13 PM April, do you mean there is a house where Adam was naked in?!? I'm about an hour away from Newport, in fact was there two weeks ago, next time I go there I will definatly have to stalk the address. Thanks for the fun information.

posts on 9/19/2006 12:34:16 PM Has anyone ever noticed KMM uses "real" addresses for some characters. In the Immortal Highlander she gives an address in Cincinnati for Gabriel. My husband and I traved to Cincinnati last summer and I talked him into driving to the address she gave. We actually found the house in Newport, Kentucky. I know Karen lived in Cincinnati for a while, but I don't know if she actually lived in house listed. But, it makes one wonder if she likes to add a little something of herself in each book.
posts on 9/18/2006 3:38:21 PM Not sure about Darkfever, KMM new book. Based on the reviews, it's not strickly romance and there's heat in this one.
posts on 9/16/2006 5:29:46 PM Annette, thanks for the update. I didn't realize J.R. Ward's new book was out yet, but I'll get it soon. Thanks again.
posts on 9/15/2006 8:23:07 PM April, I'm with you on Adam. Ward's book came out last week and, girlfriend, it is hot! I cried, I lusted, I wished I was Bella. It is very intense and wonderful. Some of the best writing besides KMM out there.
posts on 9/15/2006 6:44:53 PM I never read a JR Ward book till I saw your post Malu...I checked out her web site and bought her first book. It was great. THANKS By the way I love Karen's books as well. Although I don't really like hardback books. I usually wait for her books to come out in paperback.
posts on 9/15/2006 6:15:54 PM MALU, I read JR. Wards "brotherhood series" this summer and loved them. I believe another one is due to come out soon. I like JR Ward, but KMM is still my FAVORITE!! I've read all of her books 4 or 5 times each, but The Immortal Highlander I've read at least 12 times. (My husband finds it strange that women can read the same book over and over) Anyway, Adam is so my favorite....
posts on 9/15/2006 3:46:58 PM I didn't mean to post Anon. earlier but the invitation still stands to join us at our group. Just myself and one other has read KMM and we've got the others all fired up about her books. I think people get a little thrown about the Faeries and time travel thing but we told them it works together in a very steamy way. I'm reading about Cian again to prepare me for the next book in case I've forgotten anything. I think KMM is one of the best authors today.
