Achtung Oliver! Please pay attention to where you post. Nobody at this message board cares that the manufacturer of a digital camera is Minolta. This is the Kin Platt message board, for messages about Kin Platt and his works -- not about cameras.

Yes, we think it would be wonderful, too. Our current plan is to self-publish the books all over again, in more-or-less the order they first came out. But we'd group them in such a way that first would come all the Steve Forrester/Sinbad books (at @1-year intervals), then perhaps the three Chloris novels (1-yr intervals), his two teen gang books, Doomsday Gang and Headman (ditto), his "disturbed teen" books, Boy Who Could Make Himself Disappear, Hey Dummy, Flames Going Out), his Max Roper mysteries, etc. We're also trying to get some of these books turned into movies or television. Also, there are about 22 UN-published manuscripts we're trying to get published for the first time, at traditional publishing houses.
So ... If you are friendly with any movie producers or publishers, we'd love to hear from THEM, too. When things start to "Pop!" you'll hear about them here. Thanks.

I just came across this thread. I would be so thrilled to have these books back in print! I've been buying them online whenever I could find them, but would love to have new copies to share with all the young people in my life.
Best of luck and all speed in bringing them back!

Dear fans of the works of Kin Platt, as you can see, this message board has been visited recently by some folks who have no interest in Kin Platt or anything like that. Those posts sort of shut down any intelligent exchanges that had been in-progress.
The recent post in German forced me to dredge up my High School German to try and figure out what was being asked, and how to reply. It's been a lonnnnng time since I was in High School.
But this forum is a natural place to discuss Kin Platt's books, comic books, comic strips and cartoons, and what the family plans to do to introduce this legacy to a new generation. So, if you're still with us, we'd love to hear from you with any questions or comments about Kin Platt and his work. Happy New Year!

Darlers, you have reached the wrong message board. Nothing like this has anything to do with Kin Platt or anything he ever wrote or created.

I'm seeking for any information about <b>XRUMER program</b>.
Can you help me? Or give me a link to the official site of this autosubmitter.

Nicholas, Sure we can consider almost ANYTHING, but it really doesn't matter what WE consider. All we have is (the rights to) a bunch of out-of-print classic novels. What WOULD matter would be a deep-pocketed filmmaker who is interested in pursuing such a movie. Now, if YOU are such a filmmaker, with backing, who has the wherewithal to move on such a movie as you describe (Which has absolutely NOTHING to do with the Blue Man book, by the way) -- and you want to pay us for the right to do that, you should contact me. I promise you we'll consider it.
