i haven't read dead poets society but the plot when i was reading it reminded me of harry potter - the chosen one who grows up away from the magic and then has to face an evil source who went to their school before becoming evil in order to save the magic world - and on and on. but it was still a really good book, she's a really talented writer - her descriptions are so realistic!

I just finished the book and it was realllllyyy good.What about that Kartik can you say dark and mysterious?! T hey should make this a movie. I would gladly pay money to see it.

Omg i thnk that this book was so awesome. While i was reading it i thought i could just go to my tv and turn it on. I was so amazed at how fast i went through it. It feels sooo real. like it a movie youve seen and want to keep seeing. I gald to saymy babysitting money was put to good use!! lol i cant wait 4 the next one.

omg! it was totally like anime when they were in the realms. that's the first thing i thought of cuz once upon a time (2 years ago) i was the biggest anime nerd. i loved the book so much. i heard it was going to be a trilogy, i wonder when the 3rd will come out?
i read the book last month and i swear to god it was the only thing that was keeping me sane.

This book is the best ever! When i started reading it I couldnt stop. I would read it from around 10 at night till 5 in the morning. The story is just amazing!

I loved this book, I can't wait to read the next one- but did anyone else think the plot was EXACTLY like Dead Poets Society, except for the girl version?

this book was amazing! i loved it. libba bray did a beautiful job of blending the victorian age with the supernatural. im really looking forward to the next book!

I thought this was a good book, considering that the plot is overused. (girl goes to a boarding school, meets mean girls, falls in love with a mysterious stranger, blah, blah, blah..) but I think the sequel will be great, and I'm glad there's actually going to BE one.
