Best way to find out about the 8th book is to find Lisanne's ezboard. This stupid thing won't let me so much as name it though, sorry! Look in the Dzahai mountains. ;)

I love Between Darkness and Light. All the books in the series are good. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series. I wonder if you or somebody who knows could e-mail me when the 8th book is coming out.

I have always enjoyed Lisanne Normans books ever since I was a young teen in a used book store in search of the next book to read and finding Turning Point her 1st book. Once I picked it up I couldn't put it down till it was finished. Since then I would purchase each new book that is released and have even read the series over and over again because of the great enjoyment and the partaking of the story within my imagination comming to life. I love your series and all the characters and their personalities that have been created and brought to life through the story. To Lisanne Norman thanks for keeping my imagination alive and my love of books going strong.

This site is refusing to let me give you the full answer, but the short of it is, No Lisanne is not suffering writer's block. She is just completing a move to the states and getting settled. The book is mostly written and will be published next year.
Contact me for info regarding the fan club, where you can also get a contact address for Lisanne. Seems the silly site isn't even letting me refer to it directly even without a link.

This series has been a joy to read and reread. It is well written, imaginative, consistently expanding, and dizzyingly exciting. i hope Lisanne Norman writes more and more.
