I just want everyone to know that Strange Fate will be out, but surprise it won't be the last of Nightworld. Please look for the Vampire Diaries being rereleased this summer. Thank You

I love all of of LJ Smith's books. For those of you who enjoyed reading the Vampire Diaries, Volume I and II (The Awakening and The Struggle) is going to be published on June 26, 2007. You can pre-order the volume at Barnes and Nobles if you're interested. I can't wait until the entire series is in print again. (Someone on the message board had asked a about the titles of the books in the series and they are the following:
1. The Awakening
2. The Struggle
3. The Fury
4. The Dark Reunion

I was wondering about the fate of "Strange Fate". It was said to come out October of '06. It's now June of 07 and no "Strange Fate". Any word on it? I was thirteen when I started reading these books and now I'm 24. It's a mark of a good author that has you wanting to read a young adult book ten years later!

Anne Bishop’s (www.annebishop.com) books are pretty awesome. There’s The World of the Fae ( The Pillars of the World, Shadows and Light, The House of Gaian) and my favorite series of hers The Realms of the Blood (starts off with Daughter of the Blood, Heir to the Shadows, Queen of the Darkness & end with Dreams Made Flesh). Awesome reads while patiently and devotedly awaiting for Strange Fate. :)

Apologies for not answering the posed question sooner; but I cannot seem to choose one series of L.J Smith to call my favourite, as I love them all! Bring on Strange Fate and the eventual end of The Night World series! I desperately want to know what happens between Sarah Strange, Blade and Kieran; nevermind how the Night World series ends!

Oh I have tonnes of other authors *grins*, but I'll just give some. I agree with Starlight, you have to read Stephenie Meyers series :) I am loving Patricia Briggs new series at the moment 'Moon Called' and 'Blood Bound' so far. Karen Chance is a new author and her series is original and fabulous 'Touch the Dark' and 'Claimed by Shadows' so far. Then you have Laurell K Hamiltons 'Anita Blake and Marry Gentry Series', Charlaine Harris 'Sookie Stackhouse Series', Kim Harrison's great series, Kelley Armstrong 'Women of the otherworld Series', Rachel Caines series; both 'The Weather Warden Series' and 'The Morganville Vampires Series', Series by Sunny; 'The Mona Lisa Series' and the new one to come out 'Lucinda Darkly Series', C.E Murphy's 'Urban Shaman Series' and two new series that I cannot wait to come out by Melissa Marr 'Wicked Lovely' and Rachel Vincent 'Stray'. I could go on, but trust me that these authors are definately worth a read! :) Take Care and enjoy your books xxx
