The books are always better than the movies, arent they? But the movie was still great. I agree, Shia Labuff or however you spell it did an awesome job, he is one of my favorite actors.

I agree with Sk8er Girl, the book was deffinetly better than the movie, like most books in this sort of situation, but i do think that the movie portrayed the book well, I don't think it could have been much improved. PLUS: the guy who played STANLEY YELNATS did a very good job. :)

I love holes. I read when I saw a preview for the movie. The movie was okay but the book was better.

Yeah, the holes book was just so well written, I couldn't put it down, it's the kind of book that just draws you in, and never lets go. I like Louis Sacher ALOT. :)

I agree. The book was very cool, and the movie was pretty much the same thing. Sam was cool, but i like that twitch kid that arrived after Stanley did. It was very well written.
