Marlo Morgan Message Board

Susun Terese posts on 7/29/2012 11:02:38 PM I have read both of Marlo's books several years ago and am revisiting her message by reading them to my dying mom. My mother is completely taken with the idea of unconditional love and the simple truths put forth in these books. Even in her last days, my mom is seeing that there is a different, more gentle way to live. She is moved to tears by the Real People. I'm so grateful. I would so love to hear from you, Marlo.
BeB de Breier posts on 7/25/2012 3:32:06 PM I just read Morgan's book Message from Forever. And I can't help it that the contents got under my skin. I'm well aware that it is fiction, but for me that book held lessons about how you can deal with life, which were very valuable to me. Furthermore i was stunned to read in the comment of Israel N.D.A. of 7/3/2012 that his/her tribe apparently is able to put a person to death(for which reason ever). Then I must say that "Message from Forever" is in a way more flattering than reality is... Ok, call me stupid and ignorant, I don't care. I think it's not so smart to call any person "mentally ill", i would never expext a "real" Aboriginal person to say such a thing! And talking about TRUTH: if Ms. Morgan's message should be a lie, than please, Real People Of Australia, tell your true story to us ignorant Waybal. But if you wish to be really understood, maybe it's better not to hold things back, or only tell things that really matter, just to a few Chosen Persons who aren't even allowed to tell a soul anything...
Israel N.D.A Sales posts on 7/3/2012 9:21:35 PM To all you people supporting Marlo, I am an Australian Aboriginal, Ngayu (I am) Kuku Yalanji,I am decendant of my Warra(people), ngayu kuku, kuku yaral(what i say is the truth. I am disgusted that people would buy into this ngandil milbil (false report) that other tribes are not real like her "real"(fabricated) tribe. Despite what Europeans and western culture has done to our people, many of us are still practising our culture as it was since time immorable, since Ngujakura(our dreamtime). Nobody has ever tried to kill her, she's mentally ill and i would bet this comment will soon be removed. She says things that are extremely offensive to me, such as menstrual blood being used to heal mens wounds. If a man in my tribe touches a womans menstrual blood he would be put to death by his brothers. I could go on forever about the other blasphamies but I wont. None of you should use my culture to make money or label it "new age", our culture is the oldest continual culture on the face of the planet. If she had come to our land in good spirit she would have been taught our ways properly and she would never have misrepresented our tightly bound tribes. If your into new age paractises or whatever, find another medium to pursue it, unless you have irrefutable evidence that knowledge has been shared with you from the elders of any of our tribes. If not, then shame on you...as for free speach, in our culture that doesn't exist in the sense that it does in the United States. Our elders determine what we can speak of and share to Westerners. There is so much we can never and will never share with the Waybal(white man). Our culture isn't open to everyone, sometimes we accept white people into our tribes, but they know what is taught to them is sacred snd they have no right to spread it to the world. To those who say her overall intention was good, well you people need to know that Indigenous Australia does not agree with you. Simple as that. We choose with extreme care those who are given our knowlede and blessed in good spirit. Once again find another way to connect with your earth and spirits, do not mock the strict system that my ancestors put in place to safegaurd all that we cherish.

Ranton posts on 3/1/2012 2:08:39 PM For thousands of years humans lives have changed in magical ways based on the lives and actions of Jesus and Siddhartha. Without a shred of scientific evidence that either of these men existed, humans faith in them has created miracles in there own lives. If Marlo Morgan created this story to take are money and laugh at how stupid we are, who cares? I would feel bad that she's missing out on the beautiful truths about humans and their potential. When we become so preoccupied with the fear of being bamboozle we miss the lessons that are laid out right in front of us.
Anna posts on 12/28/2011 12:17:41 AM Please let us know the contact details for Marlo. An Australian author, Vesna Tenodi, is now going through the same dreadful experience as Marlo did, suffering violent, vulgar attacks on her book "Dreamtime Set in Stone - the Truth about Australian Aborigines, as requested by the Those-Who-Know". She and her artists would like to find out some specific details from Marlo herself.
Maria Jose posts on 12/23/2011 1:22:21 PM Marlo, I trust this might get to you. México NEED YOU. Trust and forgive each other A little love and we just migh. Seal.
Marietta posts on 12/9/2011 4:02:46 PM I thought the book was wonderful and I hope I'll be able to change my life a little through its messages. To all those who "loved it" and then "researched it" on Google: do you really believe everything you read on the internet? Do you think there is no bias in Google and Wikipedia, especially after the author herself, in the book, wrote of all the people trying to fight against her for her messages? Please think again.
Uthrania Seila Sentana-Ries posts on 12/4/2011 12:12:34 AM Marlo, whenever we are trusted with a special message, there are always the backward ones in the west and other places, who with no such experience, always trying to tear us down in their ignorance and hatred for anything new. You are a very special woman and underwent a hard but wonderful journey with Real People and now you are years ahead of the rest of humanity. Thank you for your book. All the best. - Uthrania Seila Sentana-Ries
Pepe posts on 11/19/2011 3:41:27 PM To those concerned with whether its fact or fiction is missing the book's value as to what is going on between the words or more appropriately; between our layers of our consciousness as we read it. To be aware is to feel what is happening to us as we expose ourselves to this story. It addresses a neglected part of ourselves that we were told is "not real" and it is evident that, to my surprise, more than I expected are listening to it's mutant message. Wittingly or not, the messenger brings us a gift that requires readers to go beyond what they were programed to expect from a book. I am pleased to know that there are those that have received the nourishment offered by the "illusions" of the story. It is an awakening message to center ourselves within and drop the useless distractions of "reality" fed to us from youth. This book represents the facts of reality whether it relates the "truth" or not. Get the clue from it's title: the message is the silence heard within us.
Marlo the Fraud posts on 10/23/2011 7:04:30 PM Marlo Morgans book is trash from beginning to end. It's complete pulp fiction. It's very badly written, & full of new age nonsense from beginning to end. Please don't be taken in by this charlatan. I believe she is Mentally ill.
