Yes, I think Karen Dotrice is related to 'Frank Spencer's wife.' I think they are Sisters and I think their Father was Roy Dotrice, who was also an actor.

Anyone know how or where I can get the sheet music for "practically perfect"? The Mary Poppins books that I have found do not have that song. Any help would be so appreciated!

Iam a die hard fan of mary poppins and even though iam a guy, i want to be her (practically perfect, i wouldn't wear her dresses)

Where did the actual Parrot handle umbrella from Mary poppins go? Is it in some movie prop museum? I would hate to see it in a movie prop collectors collection. Cuz i would like to see how it survived 40 years. Also what was it made of? I think its made of carved wood meself.
Yea, i bought two pasotti parrot handle umbrellas on ebay before but it just didn't satify my mary poppins obsession, so iam getting a replica mary poppins umbrella.! :P *smirk*, (at a antique shop)

My two-year-old son is obsessed with Mary Poppins! I have always loved the movie, but he takes the cake. Is there anything else out there that he might like if he likes Mary Poppins? Any suggestions? I would also like to know about any fan sites for Dick Van Dyke, Julie Andrews, etc. that they (the actors) actually participate in?

For the die-hard Mary Poppins fan! I am selling a vintage Mary Poppins (6) charm bracelet for $10 on eBay. Take a look. There is Mary, Bert, the carpet bag, a carousel horse, the open umbrella and the closed umbrella with the talking parrot handle!

My mom saw the movie in the theaters like 12 times, she was five. I watched the movie constantly as a kid, and now I'm really itching to see the play. Of course people make fun of me, but it's such a wonderful story. I think deep down they all know exactly where I'm coming from when I say it's my favorite movie.

Mary Poppins is the best disney show in the world. If you are obsessed with it... that is soooo awesome! I love it! Have a Jolly Holiday!
