Tracy posts on 5/14/2007 7:54:34 PM For Anonymous, The book Roll of Thunder Hear My Cry has been made into a movie. It stars Morgan Freeman as Uncle Hammer. The movie does a good job. Tracy

Tracy posts on 4/17/2007 11:20:27 PM I love all the Logan family stories. I would really, really like to read a sequel to The Road to Memphis. I have read the Roll of Thunder trilogy many times. When I pick up one of those books, I can't put it back down!
Elea Coretta posts on 4/12/2007 1:37:32 AM Is there a sequel to The Road to Memphis? If so when is it coming out? Does it have anything to do with the story she was supposed to be writing The Bliss?
Fuzzy posts on 4/7/2007 9:04:05 PM i really love The Road to Memphis. it's my favorite book about the Logan family. i've read it 6 times in 2 years. i read somewhere that you are writing another book about them. it was supposed to be out in 2004 but i checked the library and it's not there. i was wondering how far along it is and about when it will be out. i need another book to read. i've been wondering for 2 years about what happens between Moe, Cassie, and Solomon. i really need to know. it's driving me crazy!! PLEASE HURRY WITH THE LAST BOOK!!!
Jaycie Miller posts on 4/7/2007 4:28:12 PM I love Ms. Taylor's books. They made me think of how lucky I am to live in a time and place like I do. If Ms. Taylor reads these, i have a quick question for her. I found out that there is a book i haven't read yet called "Logan". I was wondering if it's out yet and what it's about.
Didi posts on 3/27/2007 9:07:19 PM Ms. Taylor, Ever since I picked up Roll of Thunder Hear My Cry, I have been a fan of your writing. You help the reader "feel" the experiences of the Logan family. The most interesting part for me is the fact that these "experiences" are stories that have been passed down and are a part of your family history. We are missing so much of that in today's society. Your books have made me cry. They have welled up such anger at the injustices of the time. They bring to light the emotions that cause so many racial issues that still exist today. Thank you for your work. You are truely an inspiration! Didi
francine arnold posts on 3/19/2007 10:29:59 AM I would just like to say I would allow your books in my classroom one day. I believe children should know about their past and should be curious about it. I am giving a presentation on you and would appreciate any information you could send me. Thank you, Mrs. Arnold
Ashley posts on 3/17/2007 4:06:32 PM Hello, um...well im not sure if Mildred even reads these, but if she does i would be very obliged if she would email me back. I have a few questions. I really love her books about the Logan family and i heard there were 17 of them. I would like to know, have a reply, on every book on the Logan family and in the order that they are written. Like from first to second to last. And their title names.
