I broke my knife & don't remember how to make another one. I don't have anymore old metal to make it. Where can I get some more?

Hello,I trying to created a dvd.When i saw the mysterious island dvd it was amazing.I like the crab red silkscreen image on the menu.Can some tell me how was it ddone?I have the program dvdit 5
from sonic.Make the dvd menu is know easy task to do.
