Jordan Valdez posts on 10/18/2005 6:13:35 PM I read two to three books a week in place of watching television and I have the utmost respect for the artistry that is writing. I usually feel guilty if I do not finnish a book so I will pound through it even if I do not like it but A Room For The Dead has been one of the toughest for me to read. I find myself rolling my eyes in disbelief at the constant use cliché thoughts and generic turn of phrase. The story construction is sophomoric at best and the vocabulary leaves something to be desired. I would not recommend this book to anyone, in fact I suggest that you pass this book by for another.
