Chloe posts on 3/27/2006 7:40:30 PM Dear Peg, I read your book about polio. It was amazing! I felt like I reall did have polio and I love non-cheesy happy endings. My teacher, Mr. Heller is a nice guy and our class was able to do a book drive for Katrina. I was wondering if you could send me some sort of Fundraiser that we could participate in. I would love for my class to be able to donate something to children with polio.E-mail me back please with some sort of fundraiser we could add to.

Jay posts on 5/30/2005 9:17:49 AM We read this book as a family last summer and thouroughly enjoyed it. The following weekend we went to Mt. St. Helen's. Our children (10 yr old twins and a 13yr old)were really enthusiastic about the trip and took the book to compare fact and fiction. It was a good way to spark their interest. In your review though, you called the boy Tom. His name is actually Warren.
Jackie Wilkinson posts on 5/11/2005 10:36:24 PM Peg I love your books. My sixth grade class in Angola Indiana has just read Cages. I can almost relate to Kit. I'm reading Small Steps, and i can't say that I apply as much to you as I do Kit. It is exciting to hear how young and older humans have polio and what they go through. I can't wait to read more of your books. Thanks! -Jackie Wilkinson 6th grade
K.C. posts on 4/17/2005 6:32:58 PM Hi i just finished Danger at the fair and loved it. I've also read your books The Giant Wave and Earthquake Terror i really enjoy your books there almostlike an adventure/Mystery!
Jessi posts on 1/13/2005 9:54:53 PM I read both of your autobiographies. They are awesome. For a school project I have to be you when you were 13 in your polio days. I'm very excited since I've read your books growing up from second grade and now in 8th for the project. My brother has almost all of your books and wants Abducted!
