I have read all of her books with the exception of the Gentleman and Lady's Club (Not sure if that is the exact correct title), which is out of print. Does anyone know if this book will be available any time soon or when she will be writing a new book?

The book has been written. It should have been on the shelves 2 years ago. I've seen the book over the internet. Why can't I buy it? What is the problem? An explanation would be nice.
