I think that books centering on the Nordic region are very interesting, whether they're about times past or the present time. Tales of strong, sexy, passionate, blue-eyed Norsemen and their romances with ill-gotten booty (pun intended) could perhaps be transfered (at least in part) onto the arena of the modern Nordic region, including the erotic and sexual encounters of modern Norwegians, Swedes, Danes and their (lucky) "victims". It would feature a flare of the exotic, as well as being a modern love-novel spun around intrigues and culture differences, as well as the mention of beautiful sceneries and people.
