Seicho Matsumoto Message Board

Necros posts on 1/25/2005 12:59:17 PM Any idea where the best place to find Matsumoto's works in Japanese is?
Ashvin posts a bold assertion on 1/17/2005 2:39:58 PM Michael, Please keep me posted. I will be happy to acquire anything that you publish. If this is going to happen soon, we should find a way for me to get these books from you. Some publishing house should attempt to translate and publish all his work. Thanks for keeping me informed! Ashvin.
Graham Holliday posts on 1/17/2005 11:00:52 AM Michael - I'm interested in any Matsumoto works difficult to get hold of in English. I've read everything I've found, as Ashvin mentions above, but if there's more please let me know how I can get hold of it.

Michael Tangeman posts on 1/8/2005 11:18:11 PM Ashvin, In an earlier message, you asked if Seicho had written more. In his 40-year career (1951-1992), he wrote over 600 novels, short stories, and histories by my count. Hopefully I'll have some short fiction of his published before too long. Michael
Michael Tangeman posts a message on 1/8/2005 11:15:13 PM Richard,According to the _Matsumoto Seicho Jiten_, _Zero no shoten_ was published in the magazine "Taiyoo" in January and February 1958 before the magazine was discontinued. It was then picked up by "Hooseki" and published from March 1958 to January 1960 under the title _Kyosen_ (Dotted Line). I haven't gotten around to that one yet. Let me know what you think of it. Michael
