Raven Goins posts on 3/7/2007 9:48:31 PM Ms. Draper you came to my school to speak on 3/7/07 at Blythewood Middle school in SC. I was in the front row. I love all of your books, Now I'm going to save enough money to buy all of your books. I like the way that you relate to kids our age. I read tears of a tiger in 1 day, then the next day I read forged by fire. It was an honor to meet you. I love your writing!

Briana posts on 12/20/2006 5:49:34 PM Mrs. Draper I am 15 years old and I would just like to say that i strongly agree with Jonathan. He posted a message that was suggesting that you make the Hazelwood High trilogy an HBO or Cinemax miniseries. He also said that if you do deside to do so, to let him know when & where auditions would be. And if you don't mind, i would like for you to let me know when & where auditions will be as well because i would like to play one of the main characters. P.S.,If you need resources i have them.(I have experience in acting).

Jonathan posts on 12/15/2006 12:00:42 PM Dear Mrs. Draper First off I would like to say how much I really enjoyed your Hazelwood High books as well as the Battle of Jericho. Your a very talented lady and I encourage you to keep up the good work. The reason I'm writing to is to ask you to consider making a HBO or Cinemax miniseries version of the Hazelwood High trilogy. As much as I and other kids enjoy reading the stories, I think that they would equally if not more enjoy seeing them too. If you do decide to make them a miniseries, you should Do "Forge by Fire" before "Tears of A Tiger", that way you don't have to jump from the present time to the past and so viewers won't get confused. My email adress is posted so if you could write me back and tell me what you think I would really appreiate it. P.S. If you do decide to make a miniseries, could you let me know where the auditions for casts are going to be? I'm short so I would like to go out for the part of B.J. LOL.
