I am actually surprised that i only learnt today of the passing away of this great writer, the thing that made me visit his website is that my purse was stolen from my office on Fridays the 10th of Aug 2007 and in there was the Novel I had just purchased the previous week "Nothing Lasts Forever" and i had been left with a few pages so i thought i could get something from the internet. The sad thing was when I purchased this book it was the only copy left so I don't know if i will ever finish the story. Rest in Peace Mr Sheldon, your works will leave forever.

i was really in a state of shock knowing about the demise of Mr. Sidney Sheldon... its a great lost for his readers..

Just read about Sidney Sheldon's passing. My condolences to the family. He was truly a prolific writer - haven't read from any other writer who compares with his writings. I have also seen some of the books turned into movies. Are there any plans for any other of his books being converted to movies as a memorial to him? Also, any plans to make the current movies available on DVD? Hoping for a favourable response.

i appreciate and love each one of the authors books and mourn for his loss.he was one of the best fiction writers.i love his way of writing.

First & foremost I would like to offer My condolences to the Sydney Sheldon Family.
And I pray to God that Mr.Sydney Sheldon’s Soul will be granted iternal rest in heaven.
I am a 32 year old Sri Lankan, presently living in Bangladesh with My family. I have already read so many books of this great legendary writer. Although I was not privileged to thank the legend him self, I still take this opportunity to thank Mr.Sydney’s family for all what the late Mr.Sydney had done to the world of book worms such as us. Its been a privilege & great honor to read the books late Mr.Sydney wrote. – Thank You.

At age 90 , he has left us a treasure which we would cherish for the rest of our lives.Just heard in the news about his death.may hisSol rest in peace.He would be missed dearly.

I am so saddened by the loss of one of the greatest writer ever. I could never willingly put down his books once I started to read it. My condolence goes out to his family.
