Cat posts on 6/28/2009 2:47:50 PM Hi, everyone! I'm looking for a simple list of China Bales mysteries (perhaps with a brief summary for recognition purposes). I can't seem to find a clear, concise, complete list--from the first to the latest book! This also goes for Sue Grafton's books, P.D. James (haven't read any of James' books yet and would love to read them in order of release). I'm hearing that Janet Evanovich is falling into a rut with her Stephanie Plum books--sort of "phoning them in." What a shame that would be! If you have other faves, it would be good to know of them, as well. I realize that this is a Susan Wittig Albert site, so if information about her books is all that you have available, I understand. Thank you, fellow readers, and happy days!
trish posts on 11/11/2005 1:48:38 AM thanks for the message...I would be interested in getting the books...let me know what you want for them....I also like to read books in order...I have read most of them but not in order because of the availability at the library and would like to reread the series....so let me know and thanks for the tips on the other authors...trish

Dwyline Kruger posts on 11/10/2005 1:39:43 PM Dear Trish, I have all the China Bayles books. I discovered her early this year and purchased all her books so that I could read them in order. I'm one of those readers who likes to do that. I was going to turn them into the local Mystery bookstore for a credit but if you are interested, I would be happy to mail them to you if you want to pay for postage and a nominal fee. Another author who write about Texas is Bill Crider. I have all his books but are keeping them. He has several series. If you like China Bayles you may like his Dan Rhodes or Sally Smith series. I look forward to hearing from you! Happy Thanksgiving!
