I named my dog Drake because when he was a puppy he looked just like Falcor. Drake=Dragon , get it? He is huge and beautiful just as his name intended.

Oh nevermind. I just rewatched the movie and he does yell out Moonchild. I was just remembering b/c I hadn't seen it in a long time when I wrote my post. And I don't think Falcor was supposed to be based on a dog in the first place. But he kind of looks like an all white (not possible)cavalier king charles spaniel, what with the ears and such.
