Patti Cogburn posts on 10/4/2013 8:05:57 AM Mr. Myers, I have enjoyed reading your stories for a while and recently read your one-act, CAGES. My drama class read it and would love to perform it at our district Thespian Festival. Where do I go to gain the rights to do so? Thanks, Patti Cogburn Foundation Academy Drama Teacher

Lori Glawe posts on 5/17/2005 4:09:07 PM Greetings from IOWA! I am the Drama Director at ROosevelt HS in Des Moines, IA. One of my students ran across your play "Cages" and decided that we should perform it at the International Thespian Festival in Lincoln NE in June. We were selected to bring a show out. We are looking for how to acquire the rights to do so. I have not been able to find the play anywhere but in a book by Gallo. We need to secure the rights by June 1st. I hope this makes it to you and we are able to perform this amazing work. It has been fun for the students to work with. THank you for your time. Lori Glawe
Kelly Seninsky posts on 5/10/2005 8:38:19 AM I am a 7th grade teacher in Perth Amboy to low level readers and kids who have been retined more than one time. We are studying you as our author for the end of the year project. We are reading MONSTER together as a class and they are going to read BAD BOY in literature circles. I think it would really mean a lot to them if you could come in and tlak to them for as little as a half hour. Jersey City is not that far away and ir you still stick to your morning routine, getting here would not be a problem:) I am a young teacher with very high goals for my students. I think that this would really make an impression on these kids in a very positive way. I appreciate your consideration in this matter. I don't know if it is possible, but I had to try. Sincerely, Kelly Seninsky Teacher of English
Diane Leneski posts on 5/9/2005 5:42:10 PM I am a teacher at an urban Baltimore school. We just read Scorpions in our sixth grade class. My students wrote letters to you expressing how much they liked the book. Where can I send them? Thanks.
