I am wondering if the above book ever had a dust jacket, as it is primarily a reference and research book. If there was a dust jacket, what did it look like? I would like to email Mr Nolan directly, as he appears to be the only living personality associated with this book that might be able to answer my question.

I would like to be able to send an email to William F. Nolan. I'm an (really) old friend and go back to the sports car racing days of the 50s. Anyone know how I can post a message to him?
