angel posts on 7/24/2008 3:51:08 AM Yes I think so too,we have to do something, but not only one person but many all togehter. But we have to think what we will do and how.Otherwise we could make it worse.Greetings and good ideas
Madeleine posts on 7/23/2008 1:46:05 PM To Helle Skovgaard. If you contact Andrew Crofts he will tell you that Nadia and her family frequently travels to England, but still lives in the Yemen. Personally I don't believe Andrew Crofts, because he keeps telling everyone that contacts him the same. If Nadia and her family has ever been in England I'm sure it would be a huge media coverage. I think she's still in Yemen.

Anonymous posts on 7/23/2008 9:53:19 AM i totally agree with talia we should all lobby the press send emails write or something to all of the daily newspapers and ask them to find out where she is and whats going on nadia would never say she wants to come back to live here as she wouldnot leave her children also she is customed to living that way of life now after all the years but she should be allowed to come and visit her family in england and they in return should be able to visit nadia or at least speak to her i think she should be allowed to come here on her own as she is still a british citizen no matter how long she has lived in yemen she is still british
Talia posts on 7/23/2008 8:15:48 AM I think a huge campaign could really hit the spot. Something to shock the media, maybe we should be taking action right now, and fighting for nadias safety.
sonia ali posts on 7/23/2008 7:17:01 AM hi i am very touched by the book sold and i am reading a promise to nadia. it is sad that it has been so many years and nobody has done anything to help her. i dont understand how she cannot return to this country as she was born here, i feel so helpless and iv only read the book imagine what zana & her mum have to go through. i wish them all the best, and i would love to join any sort of campaign to help her. these things should not be forgotton about. theres so much stuff on tv about abuse, then why not this? nadia is being abused & has been 4 god knows how many years.its awful. i wish that somebody would do something about this now! so many people are allowed in to this country then why not someone that belongs here?
angel posts on 7/18/2008 6:10:43 AM Hi Zana and family. I'm from germany but I live now on Rhodes.Because it's here very difficult to get german books I always get some from friends or family. And now I could read your story. It made me very angry and sad, that noone could realy help you to get your sister out of the Jemen. But I'm happy for you, even if your not realy happy without your sister and your sun.I don't know if Nadia is now free, because one man on this side wrote something like this.I know that many people have ideas to help you and many want to help you but can't.Maybe I can help you somehow! Many greetings and best wishes to you and all your family

Talia posts on 7/2/2008 12:48:25 PM Im agreeing with both anonymouses. Saying that there are too many people who have no idea about this, that is why some thing must be done too brinng up awareness. There has got to some one out there who can help.
