hi all,
i have been reading all the posts on this board and im sorry to say i dont belive andrew crofts if it was true and nadia was here in england i think the press would have gotten hold of it and it would have been all over the papers as it was such a high profile case.

I think maybe what this situation does need though is a public appearance. i know it can be traumatising, but the world had changed (i hope) and people might be more willing to help. There must be a way, nobody should go through their whole life living like this. It's unbearable not being able to do anything. Oh, poor, poor Nadia.

hi zana. ive just read your book sold. i couldnt put it down. i felt really upset while reading it, and couldnt possibly imagine whay you and your sister went through this horrible ordeal...
maybe nadia has come to terms with what has happened to her, and has sacrificed for her children.. she may not be as strong as you are...
if there is anything that the public can do, do let us no...

(continued) so Elena, yes- according to Andrew Crofts, Nadia, her children & Marcus have all re-united in England. I suggested that it wud b fantastic if both Zana & Nadia made a documentary together, but he said, he believed they wanted to stay private (after all these years of pain & hastle).

I writing to Andrew crofts around 1 year ago, and he told the same, like the year before to another..And he told me that i have no contact with Zana at all...and have no adress to her, so how can he know what happend? I need to ask if this is a reputation Andrew Croft heard or it,s something else..Zana told about many reputations who was NOT true, and all corruption they had to pass..something strenge here.i hope the best, but Yemenis comes with this reputations, they want comfusing us all. Nadia have a daughter like i said, she can,t take her with her..:(and she never leaveher. i think Nadia go back when she is married of..i hope happy married

(continued)as far as i feel, i think this is quite a reliable source since Andrew Crofts must have kept contact with the family over the years.

I have read the story SOLD and now i am reading A PROMISE TO NADIA i have found both books very sad and heartfelt i hope your strength never leaves u and u win ur fight with bringing Nadia home InshAllah

No i don,t think Nadia have given up hoping, but after all this year in Yemen with hard work, rape, beeing beatend, she may have this ptsd, post traumatisk stress syndrome and stockholm syndrome. she have 6 children, all are growning up, one by one..just her youngest daughter is 13..and it,s not a good age in Yemen for a little girl:(

Still cant stop thinking about poor Nadia. God cant belive that she's had more kids? i wonder if she's just accepted that there is no way of getting out. i hope not, because she will, Zana wont give up and soon they'll be served justice. Still can't forgive their father, what an awful man!

Dear all. I think like this, that Zana want not tell anything, becouse of NADIAS SECURITY, or like something. Nadia have live a hard life and i think she not want we should forget her or her children, ..we can think about Nadias situation until we are grey in our face,s. But i think it,s something here,something strange..
