London, 1958. Colin is a 18 year old photographer and has a girlfirend called "Crepe" Suzette who works as a designer. Colin loves amidst the bohemian neighbourhood of Notting Hill, where people from all races, jobs and sexualities live together. Suzette, searching for a social climb, leaves Colin and marries her boss. Colin, hurt, decides to work for the sinister Vendis who works in advertising and secretly supports the uprising against black people in Notting Hill. A colourful music tragicomedy in the 80's style featuring the famous eponymous song by David Bowie (Vendis)
