Alien is the first movie of one of the most popular sagas in science fiction history, and introduces Sigourney Weaver as Ripley, the iron-willed woman destined to battle a monster. The terror begins when the crew of a spaceship investigates a transmission from a desolate planet, and discovers a life form that is perfectly evolved to annihilate mankind. One by one, each crew member is slain until only Ripley is left, leading to an explosive conclusion that sets the stage for its stunning sequel, Aliens.

David on 6/30/2014 5:44:57 PM says: This movie is one of the best science fiction film, it changes the way to understand science fiction and the director, Ridley Scott, has done one of the most terrifying film about space and he has created the perfect creature, an amazing extraterrestrial, the Alien. Also, Scott and his equipment created a claustrophobic atmosphere in the ship, and the Nostromo ship became in other participant of the movie. On the other hand, the actors do good performances. Sigourney Weaver as Ripley is the best.
