Best part of story, including ending: It raises questions on the subject of identity. Are you your memories? Are you someone else without your memories? If you lose your memory, does that change your character? Could you become someone else entirely?

Best scene in story: The scene where Thomas is in the bath tub and the ex-nun tells him she met Maria. Hilarious!

Opinion about the main character: I like his frankness, the innocence with which he tries to find out who he is. I would have liked for him to get a second chance, but, alas, life catches up with him.
