Thrill seekers Andy and his two friends travel to Europe and are atop the Eiffel Tower, about to illegally bungee jump. Just then, Andy sees a French girl Serafine, about to commit suicide by jumping. He daringly rescues her, but the mystery girl runs off when they're on the ground. Andy is smitten. That night, they go to a rave in an underground club and Andy sees Serafine. Chaos explodes as the club owner, Claude, a werewolf baddie, unleashes werewolves on the hapless tourists, brutally killing them. Serafine helps Andy escape, but he has been bitten. One of his friends is killed, while the other is kidnapped. Andy finds out that Serafine is also a werewolf, and eases him into the transformation process. She tells Andy about a serum her father made that can stop the transformation, instead it achieved the opposite effect and allows humans to transform at will. Meanwhile Claude is after the serum and steals it. At a showdown in the subways of Paris, Andy chases Claude, and kills him. Andy and Serafine accidentally learn that the antidote to the serum is adrenaline. They become a couple, and curb their transformations via blood-rushing escapades, like bungee-jumping again.

Best part of story, including ending:
It's the follow-up movie to An American Werewolf In London, with Serafine as the daughter of the leads in the first film.
Best scene in story:
The Eiffel Tower scene was quite funny, because it's the first time the lovers ever meet.
Opinion about the main character:
Andy is swept into a world that though terrifying, is somewhat perfect for his thrill-seeking persona.
