The film 'ATM' is directed by David Brooks and published in 2012. It is a crime and thriller movie. David (Brian Geraghty), our main role is an accountant. During a Christmas party, David offers his co-worker, Emily a ride home. He also rides with another co-worker Corey (Josh Peck). At midnight, Corey asks David to stop at an ATM booth to draw close to cash. After sometimes David and Emily join Corey inside the stall when he runs across a card problem. Suddenly they saw a hooded person (Mike O'Brian) outside in the parking circle. They suspect him to be a robber. When the strange person kills a walking gentleman, they realize to send for the constabulary, but their phones are in the machine. The hooded man shuts down the warmer in the ATM booth. David attempts to negotiate with the killer by giving him $500. Emily uses her lipstick and writes 'HELP' on the ATM booth's window. A security guard (Ernesto Griffith) spots it, but the hooded man kills the guard as well. Afterwards that, an innocent man goes into the booth and David kills him, assuming that he is the hooded man. Later the hooded man fills the booth with cold water. The police arrives, but the hooded man escapes. Police arrests David for the murder of an innocent man.

The story provides a message: Never use an ATM during night time without security. A well composed and well directed film to see.

When the hooded man fills the booth with cold water. He is a dangerous criminal but a genius.
Opinion about the main character:
The main character David usually a civil gentleman. He attempted to negotiate with the killer. But when it failed, he tried to use his all capability to save them.
