B. MONKEY is a british movie directed by Michael Radford in 1998.
Beatrice, known as B. Monkey because of her arm tattoo, is a skillful thief specializing in jewel theft. She has already decided to retire when she meets Alan Furnace, a teacher and jazz fan, and falls in love with him. Despite her wish to quit the life of crime, Beatrice still sees Paul and Bruno, two petty criminals she considers as her only family in London. When Paul is threatened by a local bad guy whom he owes a lot of money, Beatrice gives him the loot from her last robbery, stealing from her own employer.

Alan understands that he and Beatrice have to leave London if they want to stay together and set up a home. They leave for Yorkshire but Paul finds them after a few weeks. He needs Beatrice's help again and asks her to hide him from his pursuers.
