Tony Arzenta is a hitman for the mafia. When he decides to retire, his boss Nick Gusto tries to dissuade him from doing something he could regret. A few days later, Arzenta's wife and kid are accidentally killed in the criminal explosion of his car. While the mafia is vainly trying to eliminate him, Tony starts to take revenge on the main bosses of the criminal organization.
