Meanwhile, Arthur Herk tries to buy a missile to blow up his bosses who are trying to have him killed but he gets kidnapped en route. And the hired killers are having trouble too; they hate Miami and can't seem to kill Herk who always seems to get away.

Then enter the cops (Janeane Garofalo and Patrick Warburton) who can't seem to catch the killers.

Eventually a pair of bumbling thieves kidnap Herk's daughter and Arnold's son along with the missile (really a nuclear bomb) that Herk was trying to buy. The entire group of cops, family, and bad guys chase after the kids and their kidnappers, who make their way to the airport to escape the country.
