Black Dynamite Movie Review Summary

Actors: Michael Jai White, Arsenio Hall

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Black Dynamite

This is the story of Black Dynamite--a man who wants to rid his city of drugs. (Though he does not seem to mind pimps). His brother, (an informant) was killed in the beginning of the film and he wants to find out why. Black Dynamite (played by Michael Jai White) is a parody of Shaft and other Blaxploitation heroes. He is an ex-CIA soldier who fights crime and has sex with a lot of women.

Black Dynamite meets a woman named Gloria who is skeptical of his intentions. Eventually, he wins her over and she joins his little crime fighting crew. He even wins over one of the bad guys (played by Tommy Davidson) and kicks much butt throughout the film all in the hopes of defeating "The Man".

Best part of story, including ending: This is one of the funniest movies I have seen in a long time. Plus Michael Jai White looks good. Like, really good!

Best scene in story: My favorite scene is when the microphone hits Black Dynamite in the head.

Opinion about the main character: I like that he stayed true to the genre, but was still his own man.
