In 1979 three men kill a drug dealer, Jimmy Bones, and bury his body in the basement of his building. 20 years later, one of the killer's children buy the building unbeknownst to him, and turn it into a dance club. Jimmy's ghost is awakened and takes his revenge. He begins killing his killers one by one. The only person who is able to stop him is the woman he used to love, a psychic who witnessed the murder. By burning a dress with Jimmy's blood on it, his ghost is sent back to the land of the dead.
