There is a little tension in the air at Britannia Hospital. While Leonard Rossiter, the Head of the Hospital Administration, is waiting for Queen Mum who must inaugurate a new wing, he must face a strike among the personnel and will spend a lot of time to negotiate with the union leaders. Meanwhile, Graham Crowden is conducting strange advanced experiments in another wing and a crowd of demonstrators is gathering together in front of the hospital, protesting against the presence of an African Dictator.
This is a very good satire of the well-known member of the english Free Cinema movement.
