When Alice (Claire Danes) and Darlene (Kate Beckinsale) go to Thailand for summer break and fall for the same mysterious man, they never think that in a few short hours, they will be in a Thai prison and facing drug charges. Now with the aid of an American lawyer Henry Green (Bill Pullman), they must prove their innocence and escape the prison, despite the difficulties that they are given by the man who deceived them and the corrupt government with friends in low places.
