In the heart of New York City, the night is young and full of entertainment with chorus girls and illegal booze. At the local speakeasy, Fat's Sam Grand Slam is the second home for gangsters to chill, have a little drink and take their mind off their business. The gang leader of them all happens to be Bugs Malone, the kind of guy that is untouchable. But Malone is a little guy- just a kid. He works for Fat Sam a mob boss and owner of Fat Sam Grand Slam, and does small jobs here and there for Sam and also has a job as a boxing talent scout.

Malone get the the respect from his fellow gangsters but has a special respect for Blousely, a young girl who dream of becoming a chorus girl. Malone refers the girl to Fat Sam's place where she eventually goes to audition but is told to come back the next day, just like every girl that was told and before her. Not taking no for a answer, bascially what Blousely wants, Blousely gonna get, eventually she got a job as a chorus dancer.
Other than Malone and Blousely, other interesting people are Talluha, a regular stage performer and sassy girlfriend of Sam's, Razamataz the little guy who is the leader of the band and Fizzy, adorable but clumsy janitor that often dream of becoming a professional dancer, hopefully to perform right on Sam's stage. Things are going smoothly at Fat Sams until his rival mobster Dandy Dan is planning to overtake Sams power as the mob king and is willing to take the chance to create a war that might be his downfall. Sam boys are ready to take on Dandy Dan's and his crew, loaded up with cream-filled pies uses as weapon and bicycles to pay a visit on Dan's territory. So who will be defeated? Sam or Dandy Dan? If Sam loses, Dandy will become new mob king, leaving Bugs out of a job and Blousely potential to make it as a true star.
