Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Captains Courageous

On a luxury liner to Europe a spoiled rich boy, getting sick from drinking too many ice cream sodas, falls overboard without being noticed. He is rescued by a local immigrant fisherman and brought aboard a fishing boat. With no way to return home for three months, the young boy must learn to work for his food and forms a special friendship with his rescuer, Manuel. Learning to weather a large storm, gutting fish, and keeping watch on deck helps him learn about real life outside his father's mansion.
