Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Cats Don't Dance

An animated tale set in Hollywood, 1939. Danny, a toe-tapping tabby cat saunters in with hopes of becoming a famous movie star. Unfourtunatly, animals are only typecast to say "Meow" and "Woof" etc. Pessimistic lady cat Sawyer finds Danny uplifting, but foolish. The scariest element is Darla Dimple. In the public eye, she's the child star "lover of children and animals" with her blue eyes and rounded hair bow. Behind the public eye, her eyes loose the blue, her hair bow becomes pointed, and she is revealed to be a hater of animals (though her gargantuan bodyguard/servant Max is very apelike). Danny must make a name for himself while thwarting Darla. Very funny with great songs
