When Kuroda comes back to the hideout, he finds Saori strangled to death. A third party calls him and asks him to bury the young woman if he doesn't want the police after him. After Saori's burying, Kuroda thought he saw her again in the street. The young man starts his own investigation and goes straight to the company which rented the apartment where he and Saori stayed during the kidnapping. Now the whole thing seems to have been organized by Komiyama and his mistress, a young model who look like Saori.
A few days before, Komiyama had killed Saori who had discovered his liaison with the model. Both lovers fabricated this fake kidnapping in order to justify Saori's death. The whole thing seems now very simple but it isn't at all. In fact, it's just the beginning.
