    After Brian leaves the army, he decides to move to New York. In New York he gets a part time job as a bartender and also study for a business degree. His job starts off tougher than he expected but his boss Doug Coughlin (Bryan Brown) teach him some tricks of the trade by which he soon becomes one of the most popular bartenders in town.

    Brian and Doug both have the same dream, they both want their own bars some day and Brian's would be called Cocktails & Dreams. Brian's dream come true, he opens up his own bar marry Jordan Mooney (Elisabeth Shue), an artist also a waitress from New York. Brian and Jordan have twins and lived happily ever after.
