Gordy Brewer(Arnold Schwarzenegger) is furious after his wife and child are killed in an explosion. Taking credit for the explosion is the Wolf (Cliff Curtis). But the FBI will not pursue the Wolf to Colombia because it would be a bad diplomatic affair. So Gordy is off to the jungles of Colombia to set things right.
