What happens when a grafter gets grifted? That's the idea behind this stylish caper film starring Ed Burns as Jake Vig, a confident confidence man who picks the wrong mark. The victim of his latest con has used someone else's stolen money for his own scheme, leaving The King (Hoffman), a sadistic pervert of a kingpin, without his money and one of his crew dead.
