After serving in Vietnam, Anthony comes back to America with high hopes. After being back for a while, he sees that the situation for Blacks in the U.S. looks dismal. He finds out that the government is going to get old dollar bills that are out of circulation, and burn them. He and his friends try to steal the money so they could survive in the world. This movie shows the controvesial issues of Blacks serving in Vietnam and racial tensions in the 60's.
