When Sylvia Stickles suffers a concussion in a car crash, her life changes completely as she becomes a sex addict. She also notices that half of her neighbours in Hartford road are, in fact, also fetishists or sex maniacs such as, for example, the Bears, three gay guys worshipping bear skins or even her own daughter Caprice whose oversized breast makes the joy of the local gogo bar's customers. Sylvia makes the acquaintance of Ray Perkins, a mechanic who's understood that a violent blow at the head could transform anyone into a sex addict.
In the company of Ray and his "followers", a group of person suffering from various sexual deviations, Sylvia Stickles will try to convert the rest of the Hartford Road neighborhood to no limit sex but they'll have to fight first Sylvia's mother, Big Ethel, who's preaching decency and intolerance. Sylvia will be accidentally blowed several times at the head during her quest and, hence, become successively a strict mother as well as a lewd nymphomaniac.
