Doctor Who, a famous British scientist who is slightly ecccentric,invents a time and space machine and takes his two granddaughters and his older granddaughter's boyfriend to a planet called Skaro with him where they have to fight to save alien humanoids called Thals from the Daleks, evil robot creatures who need radiation to survive. The Daleks are going to kill the pacifist Thals in a genocide but Doctor Who saves them by cutting off their power.
