But things are not as perfect as first appeared. Because they then find out that there is an elderly woman living in the upstairs of their very own duplex. That they can 't kick out due to rent control totalling a astonishing eighty-eight dollars a month.

They soon find out that life with a tennant is not condusive to their current lifestyle as Ben aka Alex the writer is unable to work from home and is constantly interupted by the sweet but sneaky woman upstairs. As she continues over and over to get under his skin and he cannot do anything to help the situation as she continues to outsmart him on every occasion. Also Drew Barrymore's character continually laugh's at the altercations.
I recommend this movie as it is a fun ride for all.
