Vanderpark has a business idea (again!) but Dingman is practical and can't afford to invest in what he deems a silly idea.
Fast forward a few months and we see that Vanderpark's invention works and he is a billionaire. He invented a spray that dissipates animal feces. Soon he remodels his home and builds a mansion next door to Dingman who can't believe the stupid luck his friend is having.
In steps J-Man (Christopher Walken) who urges Dingman to take revenge on his friend. Dingman drunkenly agrees and ends up killing Vanderpark's horse. J-Man and Dingman try unsuccessfully to hide the crime from Vanderpark whose life quickly falls apart when his invention turns out to have unintended consequences.
