A woman who works in a business is asked by the FBI to find evidence against her company because she has the necessary clearance to get the information. One day she breaks in and finds evidence that her company is selling extremely powerful weapons to terrorists, but she is caught. A federal marshall whose job it is is to erase lives and protect witnesses protects the woman while trying to stop the people from selling the weapons.

Schwarzenegger plays Kevin Costner to Vanessa Williams' Whitney Houston (in other words, he is her bodyguard). There are countless scenes in which everythig blows up, and intense fight scenes as well. But Arnold, as always, ends up on top!
