Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Failure to Launch

The story of this movie revolves around a man in his thirties who still lives with his parents. They always do everything for him. He even uses his parents as a reason to break up with his girl friends. He enjoys the pleasures of being a grown up without any responsibilities. He has two more friends just like him who also live with their parents.

As much as his parents love him, they also want some time for themselves. So, they come up with a weird idea to get him out. They hire a beautiful woman to make him fall for her and get him out of the house.
On their friend's suggestion they hire Paula (Sarah Jessica Parker), an 'interventionist'. However, her plan won't go as planned. Rather, what she finds out leaves her in need of an intervention herself! she falls in love with him!
This movie follows the same old formula of two individuals falling in love with each other. And though the same romantic formula is used again, the story seems fresh and every funny scene makes you laugh out loud.
