Dominic is a street racer who hijacks 18-wheeler trucks. He and his crew go to the Dominican Republican to hijack a truck. Dominic completes the job but his girlfriend Letty falls behind. Dominic gets a call from his sister Mia saying that Letty has been murdered in Los Angeles. Dominic heads to Los Angeles to investigate what happened to Letty. He finds traces of nitro-methane at the crash scene. He goes to the only distributor of nitro-methane and gets a name out of him. He finds out that the person who killed Letty is Arturo Braga. Dominic must team up with Brian O'Conner (played by the late Paul Walker). Dominic and Brian head to Mexico to catch Braga. They must do everything they can to avenge Letty's death.
